At Gabiemi Decor, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and receiving refunds.

 

Returns

- **Eligibility**: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.

- **Condition**: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

- **Non-Returnable Items**: Certain items are non-returnable, such as gift cards, personalized items, and items marked as final sale.

 

Return Process

1. **Initiate a Return**: Contact our customer service team at ceo@gabiemidecor.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

2. **Return Authorization**: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3. **Shipping**: Please use the provided return shipping label. If you choose to use a different shipping method, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds

- **Inspection**: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- **Approval**: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

- **Partial Refunds**: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

 

Exchanges

- **Damaged or Defective Items**: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at ceo@gabiemidecor.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

- **Size or Color Exchanges**: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

- **Check Your Account**: If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

- **Contact Your Bank**: Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- **Processing Time**: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at ceo@gabiemidecor.com.
